Manufacturers may back order items that will delay the order or an item may become unavailable which will result in a cancellation of that item. If this happens, you will be notified through email and your credit card will be refunded, no items are guaranteed.
If any item becomes unavailable we may substitute it with another item that is comparable. We will not do this with name brands without notifying you
If the order minimum is not met as a team the sale may be extended which would push back the delivery date or orders may be canceled for a refund, you will be contacted if either of these applies
All communication regarding your online order must be done through email
Actual artwork size and location may slightly vary from mock-up; mock-up is to give you an idea of what the finished product will look like
You will be contacted at the given email address when the order has shipped.
Any claim on an order must be made within 5 days of receipt
